Storage at Sandy Hill is a family run business.
The family have been operating a mixed farm on the site since the 1950’s and there are now three generations of the family living on the farm. In a bid to diversify our farm, we offer a personal service to meet your storage requirements whether for business or your own personal use.
Brand-New, High-Quality Storage for 2024
This is a brand new site for summer 2024, with new one-trip containers, fitted out to an excellent specification with bamboo flooring, and foam insulation to the roof to ensure your stock and belongings stay in good condition. Our safe and affordable storage is ideal for household items, surplus stock, document archiving and tool storage to name a few.
24/7 Security
The farm is always attended and is covered by externally and internally monitored CCTV for 24 hours a day., with motion sensors for extra security out of hours. We have external lighting for ease of use outside of daylight hours.
Flexible Storage Solutions to Suit Your Needs
Whether you need short term, or longer term storage we will have something to meet your requirements. Our facility will enable you to make most effective use of the space within your own home or business premises. With sustainability in mind, we allow you to store those items that you can’t quite get rid of!
Controlled After-Hours Access
Access out of site hours (6.30pm to 8.00pm) is via a gated entry system whereby only authorised persons can gain entry. Access to site is not permitted between 8.00pm and 6.00am unless organised in advance, or in emergency situations. Please note as the site is manned, we are willing to accommodate these requests where possible.
Space-Saving Racking
We offer a racking hire system to optimise space usage in your container, please enquire about this additional service. This can be perfect for document storage and archiving.
You can view our facility by appointment, and we would be happy to show you around. Our contract terms are flexible, a monthly storage contract with fees paid in advance mean you are in control of how long you’d like to make use of the space.
