Affordable storage solutions in our modern storage facility. Storage at Sandy Hill is a family owned business located close to Rothwell, Desborough and Kettering, in Northamptonshire. Our site is easily accessed from the Lamport Road. Lamport Road runs parallel to the A14 and we are less than 1 mile west of Junction 3 of the A14 which provides access both east and west on the A14. We cater to both the domestic and commercial storage market on our accessible rural site.

Our brand new one-trip containers are watertight, well-ventilated, raised off the ground and have extra foam insulation to help prevent condensation. The containers are located on our purpose built site, with drive to door access, as well as providing a ramp where required for wheelchair access.

We have parking on site, meaning you can park up and organise the contents of your container at your leisure, without disrupting access for other users of the site.

For security, we provide you with a strong padlock which fits under a protective shroud, this comes with two keys. For additional peace of mind, there is also room for your own padlock(s).

Our storage offers good value for money, the container can hold the contents of an averaged sized three bedroom home. You can also hire additional racking for your container meaning you can optimise the space you’re renting.

We offer storage solutions on a secure site which is open 7 days a week, all year round, with gated access to the site, monitored CCTV and motion sensors for out of hours security. We also live on site for extra security, and to deal with any queries that you may have. Our site is well lit, meaning it is more secure and you can access the site in the winter months when daylight hours are more limited.
